Salmon Gravlax Canapés with Mustard Cream

INGREDIENTS
- Salmon Gravlax
- 100g sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Prepare the Mustard Cream:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, Dijon mustard, and honey until smooth.

- Transfer the mustard cream to a piping bag or a small ziplock bag with a corner snipped off for easy piping. Set aside.
