Pink Ling is a marine fish found along the colder waters of the Australian coastline. Ling fillets are low in saturated fat and a very good source of protein, phosphorus and selenium.
Ling is a white, firm textured fish that is extremely moist with large dense flakes. Ling fillets have a beautiful mild to medium taste similar to cod. Fillets are skinless and boneless, the perfect fish for young kids.
