Smoked Salmon Bagels

Smoked Tasmanian salmon brings a luxurious, Australian twist to classic bagel toppings. Known for its silky texture and clean, mild flavor, this premium salmon is gently smoked to enhance its natural richness without overpowering it. Paired with creamy cheese, a hint of lemon, and fresh herbs, it transforms a simple bagel into a fresh, elegant meal—perfect for breakfast, brunch, or anytime you want something special yet effortless.

ingredients:

  • Bagels- Plain or sesame work best.

  • Smoked salmon 

  • Cream cheese (full-fat or low-fat)

  • Fresh lemon juice

  • Salt & black pepper

  • Fresh dill

  • Cucumber, red onion, capers, avocado, tomato & olives

RECIPE

  • Prep the Bagels
    Slice and toast the bagels until lightly golden, if desired. Toasting adds a nice crunch and helps hold the toppings.

  • Spread Cream Cheese
    Generously spread cream cheese over each bagel half. You can mix in a bit of lemon juice or dill for extra flavor.

  • Layer the Smoked Salmon
    Place 2–3 slices of smoked salmon on each bagel half. Fold or curl the slices for a more elegant look and better texture.

  • Season
    Drizzle with a few drops of lemon juice. Sprinkle lightly with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Add fresh dill over the top.

  • Add Extra Toppings (Optional)
    Customize your bagel with cucumber, red onion, capers, or any toppings you love. Keep it balanced so the salmon remains the star.

  • Serve Immediately
    Enjoy right away while the bagel is fresh and the cream cheese is cool.
