Try our beautifully marinated New Zealand line caught Snapper in fresh lemons, parsley, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Accompanied with seasonal veggies. Just remove the lid and place into a pre heated oven or take out of the tray and grill onto your BBQ you can cook the vegetables separate, either direct onto the grill or into a fry pan whichever you prefer.
