Our black Mussels come from either South Australia or Tasmania and are the leaders in both flavour and condition. Mussels are a clean and nutritious source of protein, as well as being a great source of omega 3 fatty acids, zinc and folate, and they exceed the recommended daily intake of selenium, iodine and iron.

Mussels are sustainably farmed with no negative impact on the environment.

Mussels are easy to cook and prepare, it's as simple as steaming the mussels in a large pot with a white or red wine sauce leading to huge amounts of flavour.
