Yellowfin Tuna Steaks is a great meat substitute for pescatarians and anyone that enjoys fish. Tuna contains Omega-3 fatty acids and rich in niacin (vitamin B3) which helps lower cholesterol levels and good for your heart.
This sashimi grade tuna has soft pink to red flesh, with beautiful coarse grain throughout. The flesh has a rich strong flavour due to its high oil content and the aroma is a combination of sweetness with a bit of a salty sharpness. These firm thick fillets are best cooked and served rare-medium.
