- 12 large frozen scallops, thawed & patted dry
- 6 slices streaky bacon, cut in half
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika or smoked paprika
- Toothpicks (soaked in water 10 min)
- Optional: lemon wedges, fresh parsley, or honey glaze
RECIPE
1. Preheat Oven

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Line a baking tray with parchment paper or foil.
2. Prepare Scallops

Thaw scallops in the fridge overnight or under cold water.

Pat very dry with paper towels to ensure even cooking.
